Was so happy to leave the land of DeSantis even though it looks really appealing — from the air!
We left last week — and I took my book with me!
It looked really dreary and rainy when we landed. Captain told us we’d been in danger of having to divert from landing in Westhampton because cloud cover was down to 400 feet at one point.
But we made it. And then got home only to find that the deer had turned our front yard into a banquet hall.
And chomped through a holly bush — which they usually never touch.
Also feasted on the rhododendrons.
Hopefully, when the burlap comes off the Leylands here, they’ll look okay.
Backyard? Different story. The plums are flowering.
The cherry trees are blossoming. It looks like Spring!
What are you doing back so soon? The New York spring weather is awful. Pile on the sweaters.
Yes, am piling them on, and loving it. Sometimes you need to be in weather that “chills to the bone” like one’s books, No????
Love your new book “ Fool Her Once”
Love Florida. We’re still here and
Love Governor DeSantis. He should run
For the Presidency 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
So happy you love Fool Her Once, Sandra. Thank you for buying a copy and letting me know what you think.
